 2nd International Workshop on ICTs, Arts and Cultural Heritage-Digital Art Technologies, Applications and PolicyOn October 31st and November 1st 2003 a two-day event took place at Hellenic Cosmos entitled "2nd International Workshop on ICTs, Arts and Cultural Heritage - Digital Art Technologies, Applications and Policy", as part of the European programme artnouveau. The aim of the event was to conduct an interdisciplinary discussion regarding the application of technologies in art and the new forms of digital art and expression.
